Shipping policy

As part of our endeavour to minimise fast fashion waste, we print and embroider all items specifically for your order - this is often referred to as Print On Demand. We despatch within 5 working days.  All shipping timings below are after your garment(s) has been printed/embroidered. 

Our mailing bags are reusable and 100% degradable/compostable. Its our planet and our future so we need to take care and don't pollute it 

When placing your orders with Sail Tribe Clothing you'll have three different shipping options: Standard, Tracked and Courier. Each has its pros and cons, and ultimately it's up to you which method you ship with. 

This is the cheapest option available. It's an untracked service, though typically it's very fast. Often orders shipped with Royal Mail's 24 services arrive the next working day but can take up to 3 working days to arrive (in the UK).

Royal Mail 48 generally arrives within 2 working days but can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Delivery Estimates:

This is a proof of delivery service. When shipped outside of the UK your parcel is tracked as it enters the shipping country as well as proof being obtained when it's delivered.

This service provides updates from the parcel leaving our production facility to arriving with you. We offer both Royal Mail 24 and 48, which have different expected delivery times but both provide a fully tracked service.

This shipping method is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered. The 'next day' service refers to the UK, where all parcels are delivered the next working day. Delivery estimates for other countries are slightly longer. Please note, the parcel will be delivered the next working day after dispatch and our usual lead time still applies.
